Q: Does it work with Filters, Lenses, etc.
A: Yes the MFR was designed to slide over and fit flush with the front of the lens barrel, so anything that screws into the 43mm threads will work just fine (which is pretty much all filters, lens hoods, 35mm adapters).
Q: Will it work on my camera?
A: Currently the MFR works on Canon's HV20, HV30, and HV40. MFRs for other camcorders are in development.
Q: Does it make noise?
A: Unfortunately I couldn't make the MFR completely silent to the Camera's on-board mic. If an external mic is used (ex. Rode VideoMic) The MFR is virtually silent.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Within the US = $5.60 (Priority 2-3 Day)

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Any Country that USPS ships to... Just about everywhere.
Q: Is PayPal the only method of payment?
A: Yes... For now. You don't necessarily need a PayPal account though. If you don't have one, just click where it says "Use your credit card or bank account"... and as you can see in the top right corner of this page, where it syas "cart", I will have a fully integrated checkout soon.
Q: What is the usual turn-around for an order?
A: I do my best to ship the Focus Ring, within 2-3 business days of payment. Sometimes, when there are a ton of orders it'll take an extra day. That's rare though.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: If you think you received a faulty MFR, and would like an exchange, let me know within 60 days of the order, so we can work out the details. The replacement will not be sent until the faulty MFR is shipped back.
