International Shipping Info

Please remember that Irv Design cannot control how customs works in your country. You might be charged a fee. You are responsible for this fee. The package ships labeled as "Merchandise" with a value of $49.99.

Irv Design only ships through USPS. They are quite reliable and the price is much less than any other shipping company, for the size and weight of the product.

When you purchase a product, you will have three choices for shipping:
-International Economy (USPS Small Flat Rate Box International)
-International Priority (USPS Priority Mail International)
-International Express (USPS Express Mail International)

Economy
For most products, this shipping methods costs $13.00. When your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email there will be a tracking number. This number means nothing. There is NOT tracking provided with this shipping method. I have tried giving this number to USPS customer service and they tell me they cannot do anything about losts packages that were shipped using this method. No clue why they call it a tracking number. If your package is lost with this method... it's lost. It hardly ever happens, but I have to deal with it.
Time wise: It takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Most of the time it's between 6-10 days, but in some cases it differs.

Priority
This shipping method costs $27.00 for most products. The reason I offer this method, is for customers that would like that added security of an actual tracking number. When your product is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Although this number can be used to track packages, it does NOT provide tracking updates online. This tracking number is only used if the package is lost. The number is actually the customs number, and USPS can use it to trace the package anywhere in the world. So, the number can be considered a "tracking number" but not the way we're used to. It is handy if the package is lost, but does cost twice as much as the economy method. Is it worth it? ... that's up to you.
Time wise: Same as Economy

Express
Express costs $30 It's basically the same as Priority, but a little faster. Definitley a good value for $3 more.

To summarize: USPS is cheap and reliable... and trust me its way cheaper than anyone else for shipping small products, but it does lack a little with the whole "tracking" thing. When you receive an email with a shipping date, it's becasue your product was shipped. You can look up the tracking number, but it will only give you the post office that it was shipped from.

Thanks for your understanding
