Important Announcement: June 18, 2010 - If you received an email from "Irving Bushnell" asking for money to help me get home from the UK, I apologize. Its a nigerian scam. My email account got hacked. Please disregard it, or if you want to, feel free to mess with them a little.
New Site
The new website is still under construction... as you'll notice. The new site is actually a really big change on my side, because I'll be able to make a lot of changes from my phone. I need to do better at keeping everyone up to date so this is going to help a lot.
I've also started messing around with "jquery"... I really like it. When you see these slide animations and such, its all javascript. Jquery makes the javascript easier.
Give me a little time to get the site finished, but in the mean time, enjoy whats new and let me know what you think.
Just in case anyone likes this stuff. This is a video of an MFR getting machined. The Production Machine will do all of this in about a 8th the time... and wont require me standing there changing the tools. Thank goodness.
Howe and Howe Tech aired for the first time in January on the Discovery Channel. Irv Design had the opportunity to design their website and continues to maintain it as they prepare for season 2 this summer.
The Howe brothers have built some amazing vehicles and are always coming up with new ones. They are actively working to help our armed forces with their high tech gear. Check out the site Here: Howeandhowe.com
About Irv Design
Irv Design Inc (named after owner Irv) is a Design company that designs and manufactures consumer products. Currently my only product on the market is a Manual Focus Ring (MFR) for the Canon HV Series camcorders. More MFRs will be released soon for other camcorders, as well as a few new accessories also for High end camcorders.
The company officially started in January of 2009 and I hope to continue for many years developing cool new products for consumers all over the world. I've got extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing including over 8 years of engineering and design experience at Kennedy Space Center. I work hard to develop quality products that are made 100% here in the USA.
